Whilst the new Council will meet at Berwick on Tweed, for the Consecration it was thought Gateshead Masonic Hall as a larger venue would be more suitable for the Consecration Ceremony.
Toasting the Grand Master
Some members of the District opted to travel from Lancashire by train, following an uneventful journey, arriving at Newcastle, it was suggested so as to get "value for money" on the Metro we should initially go the wrong way before returning the correct way.
The meeting was attended by our Deputy District Grand Prefect accompanied by six members of the District.
